After a terrible car accident left me with cervical spine injuries, later requiring ACDF surgery, I was overwhelmed. After getting T-boned at a high rate of speed by someone who ran a red light, getting dismissive, substandard care by the ER Doctor and my Primary Care Doctor and ghosted by my insurance company, I contacted Judy Miller who set up an interview with Woody Soldner. They were so nice and provided great reassurance since I was in pain and bed ridden. I was assigned Stuart Kodish who took it from there. Mr. Kodish, the paralegals and assistants were amazing as they got me the rehab and subsequent surgery to enable me to get back to work with minimal pain. At the outset of rehab I wanted to be able to throw a left hook to the body again. I can now. Thank-you to everyone at LYS.

From the time I called Leavitt Yamane & Soldner after my Fiancès motorcycle accident, they were AMAZING! They gave me information, explained to me how it works, sent me forms and explained in detail what I had to do, they always kept us in the loop. Answered EVERY single question me & my Fiancè had! The Paralegals were AMAZING too!! I wanted to extend a heartfelt Mahalo to Mr. Aaron Creps and his wonderful paralegal team for assisting me on my accident case. I was referred to him by my uncle, and Mr. Creps took very good care of me throughout the entire process. I was rear ended while on my way to school with my son in the car, and suffered a concussion and injury to my wrist. From the initial call I received from Judy of his legal team, I was overwhelmed with what to do next since my car was totaled and was traumatized from the incident. She put my mind at ease and gave me advise on what steps I should take next. I had the pleasure of also working with Lori, Sandy and Gabby throughout my case. I called to touch-base about an auto accident I was in last March. I spoke with Judy. Judy is an Amazing asset to this firm. I was in a horrible accident last March on the island. I, to this day, do not know where the other parties car came from that was involved in this accident. I was severely injured, and will not have full use of my left arm for life. I originally retained a law firm called Recovery Law, never hire them. I was lied to by Recovery Law, they handled nothing, told me to lie to my insurance company, just a mess. Judy was able to walk me through my police report and give me answers to questions no one else would. It was an unfortunate accident and I did not need an attorney nor would have hired one if any decent human-being could have explained my accident to me. After almost a year, Judy spent almost an hour on the phone walking me through the police report, she listened to me, let me ask all my questions, and gave me answers I needed. I hope no one ever needs an attorney, but if you do, call and ask for Judy. She is honest, upfront, patient, and kind. I wish I had spoke to her a year ago.
